This registration includes post-2004 treatment BMPs from the East Incline Village Phase I WQIP, and the installation of new stormwater improvements within this registration area during the next 15 years is unlikely. All improvements were in place prior to WY2020, and the establishment date of 10/1/2019 indicates the first year of the credit schedule was WY2020. The 15 year credit schedule starting in WY2020 is reasonable.
Washoe County plans to inspect all key and essential treatment BMPs in accordance with the protocols described in the BMP RAM User Manual V2 (2ndNature, 2015). These inspections are used to assess condition/performance and initiate maintenance on an annual basis.
Inspection of all stormwater infrastructure assets occurs annually during the spring, summer or fall. Additional inspections may occur after major precipitation events. See the attached EIVph1reg2 BMP Registration Memo Final for the underground Stormchamber unit and rock-lined basin BMP RAM assessment protocols.

The LT Info Stormwater Tools will be used to check the parcel BMP percentages annually for the EIVph1reg2 BMP Registration. If/when the percentages appear to change, Washoe County will alert TRPA that a follow up BMP Recertification may be beneficial for all parties.
