The entire Pinewild development has received re-certifications of their BMPs on June 8, 2015. This will allow for them to remain at the 100% expected condition of implementation until the next ILA term. The County will coordinate with TRPA to recertify for an additional 5 years in June, 2020, to continue to ensure 100% expected and actual conditions.
It is expected that this catchment will sustain actual and expected condition scores through June, 2020. This complex is entirely MFR. Attached to this registration is the maintenance log for the Pinewild MFR as well as the reissued certificate for the common area (as an example), and a spreadsheet reflecting the reissuance of certificates for all parcels on that property as of June 6, 2015.
TRPA collects and maintains maintenance records as part of their 319h funded BMP Retrofit Assistance. This catchment will be registered for 4 years, at which point it will be necessary for TRPA to reissue a certification date for the parcels to extend into the next term.
