Credit Schedule
10/1/2015
11 years
09/30/2026
This registration includes post-2004 treatment BMPs from two WQIPs, and the installation of new stormwater improvements within the area covered by the registration during the next 10 years is unlikely. All improvements were in place prior to WY2016 and the establishment date of 10/01/2015 indicates the first year of the credit schedule was WY2016. The 11 year credit schedule starting in WY2016 is reasonable.

Washoe County plans to inspect all key and essential treatment BMPs in accordance with the protocols described in the BMP RAM User Manual V2 (2ndNature, 2015). These inspections are used to assess condition/performance and initiate maintenance. See the attached Treatment BMP Maintenance & Inspection Frequency Summary.
Inspection of all stormwater infrastructure assets occurs annually during the spring, summer or fall. Additional inspections may occur after major precipitation events. See attached Treatment BMP Maintenance & Inspection Frequency Summary and BMP RAM for FF3_UDC Underground Infiltration Facilities documents.

The LT Info SW Tools will be used to check the parcel BMP percentages annually for the FF3_UDC BMP Registration. If/when the percentages appear to change, Washoe County will alert TRPA that a follow up BMP Recertification may be beneficial for all parties.
