Essential
Douglas County worked with the Tahoe Regional Planning Agency and Midkiff and Associates to produce maintenance documentation of the shared water quality system that makes these properties eligible for BMP certificates. The BMP certificates were updated in water year 2025. NCE will be taking over the maintenance coordination and reporting for the SSWA going forward, so it will be easier to ensure that the BMP certificates don't expire. We will be reporting maintenance to TRPA annually.
Douglas County will work with the Stateline Stormwater Association to compile maintenance documentation prior to the expiration of the BMP certificates. It will be provided to TRPA annually.
