This registration includes post-2004 treatment BMPs from the Centrail Incline Village Phase II WQIP, and the installation of new stormwater improvements within this catchment during the next 15 years is unlikely. All improvements were in place prior to WY2017, and the establishment date of 10/01/2017 indicates the first year of the credit schedule was WY2018. The 15 year credit schedule starting in WY2018 is reasonable.
It is the responsibility of Washoe County to monitor and maintain all drainage improvements and treatment BMPs. Washoe County will maintain treatment BMPs that fail annual assessments to standards identified in the TRPA BMP Handbook. Annual assessments are used to assess condition/performance and initiate maintenance on an annual basis. Washoe County will use a vactor truck, excavator, hand crew or other methods necessary to maintain treatment BMPs at or better than expected conditions.
Washoe County plans to inspect all key and essential treatment BMPs in accordance with the protocols described in the BMP RAM User Manual V2 (2ndNature, 2015). These inspections are used to assess condition/performance and initiate maintenance on an annual basis. Additional inspections may occur after major precipitation events.

The LT Info Stormwater Tools will be used to check the parcel BMP percentages annually for the CIVph2 BMP Registration. If/when the percentages appear to change, Washoe County will alert TRPA that a follow up BMP Recertification may be beneficial for all parties.
