This registration includes post-2004 treatment BMPs from four WQIPs, and the installation of new stormwater improvements within this catchment during the next 15 years is unlikely. All improvements were in place prior to WY2016, and the establishment date of 10/01/2015 indicates the first year of the credit schedule was WY2016. The 15 year credit schedule starting in WY2016 is reasonable. In July 2020, the gold course greens were removed from the catchments to prevent issues with parcel BMPs.
Washoe County plans to inspect all key and essential treatment BMPs in accordance with the protocols described in the BMP RAM User Manual V2 (2ndNature, 2015). These inspections are used to assess condition/performance and initiate maintenance. See the attached Treatment BMP Maintenance & Inspection Frequency Summary.
Inspection of all stormwater infrastructure assets occurs annually during the spring, summer or fall. Additional inspections may occur after major precipitation events. See attached Treatment BMP Maintenance & Inspection Frequency Summary and BMP RAM for FF3_RWC Underground Infiltration Facilities_2018 09 18 documents.

The LT Info SW Tools will be used to check the parcel BMP percentages annually for the FF3_RWC BMP Registration. If/when the percentages appear to change, Washoe County will alert TRPA that a follow up BMP Recertification may be beneficial for all parties.
